Zed Skimboards was born in 1998 and raised in the coastal waters off Vancouver Island.  We've been building boards since 1998, almost loger then skimboarding has even been a sport.  Along the way we've pushed the sport to new levels and have supported riders and events that have created flatground skimboarding into what we know it as today.  This year's line uses all new materials, and designs as we  see skimboarding grow as a sport.   Zed is rider driven and operated, however we always love hearing what you think of our product so be sure to let us know if you see us at the beach or online.  

 We are happy to announce that the flatland legend "Zed 3D" is being released to the public for the first time in limited quantity.  It's the worlds first 5 axis rocker and should open up a whole new world of flatland and inland skimboarding.

We hope that while we push the performance of our boards it helps you acheive that elusive trick, or the epic trek to some awesome skim spot. 

Have a browse through the website and be sure to let us know what you think of our boards and other products, we do build them for you.  If you see one of our riders or the Zed cruiser at one of your local beaches swing by have a chat and maybe crack a cold one.  The chances are good we'll have some sweet product for you to demo.
